Here’s everything you need to know:

We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over $200.

For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $40 applies.

Domestic shipping within the country is offered free of charge.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business day.

Most international deliveries arrive within approximately 8 business days, depending on your location.

Kawayan may choose the carrier at its discretion. If no fixed delivery date has been agreed upon, orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days. Within two (2) business days of shipping, we will provide all necessary documentation (including commercial invoice, packing list, and airway bill) for customs clearance.

Please note:

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

studio@kawayancollection.com and include your order number.

We’ll do our best to help — however, cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in process.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll love your Kawayan piece — but if not, that’s okay.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for all online orders.

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Kawayan ships worldwide via DHL.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included at checkout and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and vary by destination.

We are unable to estimate these fees. For more information, please contact your local carrier or customs office directly.
