TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via https://www.kawayancollection.com/ (“Website”). They apply regardless of how you access the Website — whether via mobile, desktop, or any other device.
Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
SELLER IDENTITY
The seller for all Kawayan product sales is Tapir Ltd. (“Kawayan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
We are responsible for processing your payment and managing delivery via approved carriers.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT AND PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. You may choose whether to save this information for future purchases.

You confirm that all details provided are true, accurate and current.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Completing checkout does not constitute acceptance of your order. A Confirmation Notice will be sent by email upon processing.
Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s), no later than 7 days after payment. We reserve the right to decline any order before dispatch, with no liability. This includes orders we cannot fulfill due to legal, stock, or regulatory issues.
Our contract begins when the dispatch email is sent and ends at the conclusion of your return window.
If we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you and refund you in full within 14 days.
If fulfilling an order would breach export laws or sanctions, we or our carriers may cancel or cease fulfillment at any time, including after dispatch. We will not be liable in such cases.
PAYMENT
Product prices are shown on the Website. Shipping fees and import duties (if applicable) are not included in product prices.
You may pay using third-party tools (such as PayPlus) or other methods offered at checkout. Payment by American Express is not accepted.
Currency will default to USD or NIS, depending on your location.
Exchange rates are updated regularly and may affect final pricing. You will be charged based on the rate at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you agree that:
– Kawayan may charge your selected payment method
– All payment details are valid and up-to-date
– Payment processors may be used to complete the transaction
– You are liable for any failed payments and must promptly resolve them
DELIVERY
Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business day.
Most deliveries arrive within approximately 8 business days, depending on destination.
We currently offer free worldwide shipping – this may be modified in the future.
Delivery will be made by a carrier of our choice. If no delivery date has been agreed upon, orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days.
Within two (2) business days of shipping, we will email all relevant documents (invoice, packing list, airway bill) for customs clearance.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, Kawayan may deduct the return shipping cost from the refund.
DELAYS
In case of events beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, customs delays), we will inform you but shall not be liable for any resulting delay or non-performance.
This includes — but is not limited to — acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, or shipping issues.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of receiving the Confirmation Notice.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights available in your country of residence.
Kawayan accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on all online orders, regardless of destination.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by local law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If products are damaged or incorrect, notify us in writing (by email, phone, or post) within a reasonable time.
Return the products to us as soon as possible. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise instructed or required by law.
If the issue is confirmed, we will refund you via the original payment method, subject to product condition upon return.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices on the Website are accurate. However:
– Orders may be declined if critical errors appear
– Packaging may differ from product photos
– Colors may vary due to screen display differences
– Sizes, weights, and dimensions are approximate
– All items are subject to availability
– We may offer alternative items of equal or greater value if your chosen item is unavailable
LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree not to use or distribute Kawayan products unlawfully and to comply with applicable export regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the Website and products remain with Kawayan. No license or rights are granted to you beyond the right to use the product you purchase.
LIABILITY AND OTHER LEGAL TERMS
These Terms do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
We will not be liable for:
– Indirect or unforeseeable losses
– Loss of data, revenue, or business
– Events outside our control
If you fail to follow product instructions or care guidelines, we are not liable for resulting damage.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
OTHER LEGAL NOTICES
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Kawayan.
No third party has any rights under these Terms.
If any provision is held to be invalid, the rest remain in force. Any changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after updates indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
