Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes up to 8 business days, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped via trusted international carriers such as DHL. Kawayan may choose the shipping provider at its discretion. If no fixed delivery date has been agreed upon, orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with all relevant shipping documents (invoice, packing list, and airway bill) to assist with customs clearance.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
