Refund policy

We hope you’ll love your Kawayan piece — but if not, that’s okay.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all online orders.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

and include your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original payment method, within 14 business days.

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
