TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via www.kawayancollection.com (“Website”). They apply regardless of how you access the Website — whether via mobile, desktop, or any other device. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

SELLER IDENTITY

All products are sold by Tapir Ltd. (“Kawayan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are responsible for processing your payment and managing delivery via approved carriers.

PLACING AN ORDER

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. You can choose whether to save it for future use. Checkout confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the item(s), no later than 7 days after payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch.

PAYMENT

Prices are listed on the Website. Shipping fees and import taxes (if applicable) are not included. We accept payment via supported methods excluding American Express. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method and confirm all details are valid and current.

DELIVERY

Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery takes approx. 8 business days depending on destination. Free worldwide shipping is currently offered (subject to change). We will email required shipping documents within 2 business days of dispatch. If a delivery fails due to refusal or unavailability, return costs may be deducted from the refund.

DELAYS

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes, natural disasters).

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may cancel within 30 minutes of order confirmation. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Notify us promptly if you receive damaged or incorrect items. Return them to us for inspection. If confirmed, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free listings. Colors may vary by screen, sizes are approximate, and availability may change. We reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or higher value if needed.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree not to misuse Kawayan products or violate any laws. All content and product IP remains the property of Kawayan.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business/data, or misuse of products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, unless otherwise required by your local consumer laws.

FINAL TERMS

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Kawayan. No third party has rights under these Terms. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Any updates to these Terms will be published on our Website.
